Prefers a full-time locum provider. Will consider a week a month & flexible schedule for local candidate.
Training will occur a week prior to start date. It’s typically 1-2 days & is done remotely with a clinical trainer. The training time will be compensated for!

Job Duties: Focus on prevention, wellness, and maintenance of health in partnership with patients. Evaluating, treating, and educating patients in a clinic setting.
Will have a collaborating physician
NP/PA will: Examine & diagnose patients & develop a treatment plan. Perform testing, refers to physician as needed, writes prescriptions, and performs administrative procedures within their scope & licensure of expertise.
NP/PA needs at least three years of primary care experience. Experience with EMR & working with Pediatric Patients.

Current National Board Certification
Previous experience in Primary Care setting
