10 shift minimum

Nights and weekends are necessary

Annual Volume: 33000

Staffing Model MDDO: 24 Hours/Day

Shift times: 6A-6P /6P-6A

NPPA Shift times: Vary – 2 on shift per day

90 Patients per day

16% EMS

10% of patients admitted

Level III Trauma Center

Backup Specialties: Ortho, General Surgery, Cardio

EMR System: MediTech

ED and Fast Track Beds: 22 Combined

Requirements: 

Active Georgia License

Active DEA

Required Certifications: BC/BE in EM, IM, FP

Have to be board certified.

Must have 2080 hours of EM experience in the last 2 years at a hospital with an ED and a annual Census of 30K per year or higher

ACLS, ATLS, PALS

Case Logs past 2 years

Immunizations and current TB test

ONBOARDING REQUIREMENTS (Orientation/EMR training): Providers will need to attend onsite EMR training and orientation. Providers will have to have, at the minimum, complete a full 12 hour shadow shift, before their first solo clinical shift. No weekend EMR/Orientation/EMR training No 24 hours shifts allowed.
